Hammonia Baguette Plant

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Hammonia Baguette Plant ist a full and compact installation constructed for the production of a wide range of French bread. The Baguette Plant is designed especially for semi-industrial and industrial bakeries. The  capacity is approximately 1.800 baguettes per hour and the length of each piece is 600 mm, depending on the weight of each piece.
