GENERAL INFORMATION

The Hammonia Deck Ovens provide flexibility and reliability for the quality-oriented baker. They are compact and completely modular. Therefore, they are valued particularly in classic artisan bakeries and offer greatest possible baking capacity in the smalles spaces and also allow public viewing. Our deck ovens will meet all your needs when it comes to economic efficiency and flexibility too. The separate baking chambers of deck ovens stacked one above the other allow maximum usage of the baking area and the optimum time saving. They are suitable for hotels and small bakeries/pastries. The ovens are built according to your specific needs and budget.

FEATURES

The Bakery Oven is characterized by following features:

  • Chambers are completely independent with the possibility of overlapping up to 5 levels
  • Independent control of the top, bottom and front
  • Vaporizers: Steam system is independent for each chamber
  • Heating: State of the art resistance tube system which allows for the temperature to rise quickly
  • Stones are built with refractory material, 25mm thick, and developed according to a specific formula which allows for greater lifetime
  • Doors are robust, 30mm thick, and made with double tempered glass
