GENERAL INFORMATION
Hammonia intermediate proofers are supplied in a large number of different capacities and are characterised by their solid construction and reliability. They are suitable for every bakery.
The IP intermediate proofer gives the dough pieces a defined rest period before further moulding or shaping. The IP intermediate proofer is a static proofer: The dough pieces rest in the same pocket from loading to unloading. There is no hopping of dough pieces from pocket to pocket. The proofing time can be adjusted.
